AGES AND STAGES QUESTIONNAIRE (ASQ) The ASQ is a simple tool to help you track your child’s growth & development. This tool is used by many preschools and Early Intervention Programs that, similar to Kindergarten Screening, is a snapshot of your child's current development. The ASQ gives parents the opportunity to monitor their child’s development and ensure they are meeting developmental milestones. The ASQ may find areas of concern, thus allowing us to give you access to resources to address the concerns. Send us an email if you need assistance in filling it out and we can schedule an in person or virtual meeting. You can also fill out the forms online. Contact Ms. Lisa (westboylstoncfce@gmail.com) with any questions. Please see the information below to access the online ASQ tool.

ParentChild+ Program
If you are a parent of a 16 month to 4 year old child and live in Clinton/Lancaster or West Boylston, you may be eligible for a special early literacy and language program that will help prepare your child for later school success.
The ParentChild+ Program will send an Early Learning Specialist (ELS) to your home twice a week to meet with you and your child. At the first visit she will drop off a free toy or book (socially distancing) and explain how you can use the book or toy to help your child learn. The second visit will be an outside or remote 30 minute “review” that will include an activity with your child and time for you to ask questions or share concerns.
Your child will keep the free educational toys and books, and the Early Learning Specialist will show you fun ways to help your child learn through play and reading books!
Please contact ParentChild+ Coordinator, Linda Weene, at weenel@clinton.k12.ma.us or at 987-365-4217 if you have questions regarding the program.
