Dear Major Edwards Families,

The next Professional Development Half Day Program will be held on December 9th.  Registration may be done online, or by mailing the attached registration form and waiver to the Recreation Department at 140 Worcester St., West Boylston.  Please do not send forms into the school with your child.

Cost for the program is $5/hr for one child, $9/hr for two children and $12/hr for three.  Space is limited, so do not wait to send in registration and payment.  The last day to register for this program will be November 27th.  No registrations will be accepted after that date.
