WestBEST’s 2019 Annual Spring Plant Fundraiser

WestBEST has organized a spring flower/plant fundraiser just in time for Mother’s Day.  We are asking the West Boylston community members and the school staff to support this fundraiser.  WestBEST will be taking the flower/plant orders from Friday, April 12^th – Friday, May 3^rd..  Please complete the attached order form and return to Major Edwards Elementary School.  You may also mail in the order form with your payment to Major Edwards Elementary School,  70 Crescent Street. 

All profits collected go directly to WestBEST and are used to support both the Elementary and Middle/High School.  WestBEST stands for the West Boylston Schools Trust.  It is a non-profit, tax-exempt educational foundation.  When the trust was started in 1989, it was formed as the West Boylston Elementary School Trust-WestBEST.  After several years, the trust expanded to include the Middle/High School and the name was changed to the West Boylston Schools Trust, but the acronym WestBEST was kept.

The trust was created for the purpose of financially supporting the public schools of West Boylston as a means of constructively involving the community in the improvement of our schools.  Trust funds have been spent exclusively to the support the schools.

PICK UP INFORMATION

WHERE:       Major Edwards Elementary School

WHEN:          May 9^th and May10^th from 3:15PM – 5PM AFTER buses and parent pick up has completed for the day.

FYI:               Any plants that are not picked up by Friday, May 10^th by 5PM, will be donated to a local organization, no refunds will be given.
