To all Parents and Students:

On Tuesday September 2nd we will be revising our parking plan due to the construction project at the Middle/High School. On this day the new heating units will arrive and tractor trailer trucks in front of the school which will require a different approach for parking for the day.

Our plan involves closing the lower parking lot and the driveway that loops in front of the school. This will allow the buses to drop off students in the lower parking lot safely and without interference from staff, student and parent arrivals.  

Staff will park across the street at the church. Students will be required to park either in the senior lot which is north of the building or in the junior lot in the back of the building. Parent drop off will occur in the senior lot. Parents will enter at the far entrance of the senior lot and exit at the nearest entrance to the school. The West Boylston Police will be available to assist WB staff with the supervision of drop offs and arrivals. 

We are requesting that parents and students consider carpooling on this day to minimize the amount of traffic and possible delays. Our number one concern is the safety of all our students and this plan should ensure a smooth school opening and closing.
