Dear West Boylston Faculty & Families,

As warm weather finally arrives to our region in earnest, Governor Baker's announcement that face covering requirements and additional COVID - 19 restrictions will end on May 29 has provided an additional reason to rejoice.  Also, beginning tomorrow May 18, students no longer have to wear masks outdoors, even if distance cannot be maintained.  This is applicable to recess, physical education, youth sports, and outdoor activities.  At this time, adults and students must continue to wear masks indoors.

The welcomed news continues as schools will no longer have to avoid sharing objects, and the objects do not have to be cleaned or disinfected between use.  Other high touch surfaces (door handles, bus seats) can now be cleaned just once a day.
