Library Update

Our library is closed currently and will reopen on November 1 with beautiful new carpets throughout our building! We have a fabulous program on Thursday, November 3 from 6-7:30 for school children. We will be making clay ornaments with local clay artist, Becky O’Brien. She is wonderful with kids and we will be designing 4 clay ornaments for $5.00; our Friends of the Beaman Library are covering the rest of the cost. They will make perfect gifts for the holidays. Tammy will teach you a little about the art of clay and you will make the ornaments, glaze, and then they will be taken to her kiln for firing. Finished projects will be brought back here for pick up before the holidays. We have a few spots left for the kids, so please send an email to me:  ssmith@cwmars.org if you are interested in participating.

 Becky will have an evening scheduled for adults/teens on Wednesday, November 2 from 6-7:30. We have numerous openings for adult/teen participation that evening. The cost for adults is also $5.00. Please contact me if interested in signing up for that night!
