INVITATION FOR BIDS
Two 14 PASSENGER SCHOOL BUSES
The West Boylston Public Schools is accepting bids for (2) two 2016 or newer 14 passenger school buses to be delivered to West Boylston Middle/High School, 125 Crescent Street., West Boylston, MA. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained from the Superintendent’s Office, c/o Business Administrator, 125 Crescent Street, West Boylston, MA 01583 during regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All proposals are due by May 30, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Superintendent’s Office, 125 Crescent Street, West Boylston, MA 01583, telephone number (508) 835-2917.
All bids are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked - “14 Passenger School Bus Bid” and delivered to the Superintendent’s Office. Bids shall be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on May 30, 2017 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. No bid shall be accepted or allowed to be altered after the time and date specified. Bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened. The School Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, and to accept bids deemed to be in the best interest of the West Boylston Public Schools.
